Ogilvy has hired Joaquín García-Morato to lead the agency's Delivery and Technology department in Madrid. Joaquín has more than 15 years of extensive and solid experience as a digital production director at such relevant agencies as Shackelton and Gray and integrated production director at Havas. As Director of Delivery at Ogilvy, Joaquín will lead the direct dialogue between the agency and Hogarth , being responsible for supervising all the agency's production work. He will also be in charge of attracting the best talent to form the team of Project Managers that will provide service to the different areas of the organization. As Chief Technology Officer, he will offer his expertise and advice on all agency work that requires a specialized approach whether strategic or creative.
