Could it be found in the hum of rhythm,

Palpitations at a shared maiden name in credits of a film?

Is it feet?
I could be millipede
Heifer stampede
Baby on knees
Elderly with wheel diameter
The same as bicep-
Iambic triambic quandriambic ambiotic
Antibiotic
